The dress features a rich black velvet body cut with a deep, plunging V-neckline, creating a sleek and sensual contrast with its spectacular statement sleeves. Crafted in vibrant hot pink fuchsia silk taffeta, the oversized puffed gigot sleeves introduce dramatic volume and unmistakable 1980s glamour.
